Troubleshoot a sync

  1. Open the project Connections page and use Test or Retest on each connection.
  2. Open the job Overview and Run History to check the latest status and the created, updated, skipped, and failed counts.
  3. Review the job's field mappings, match field, object access, and connection permissions before running it again.
  4. If the issue remains, email support with the information below. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, client secrets, or customer record data.

What to include in your request

  • Your organization name and Synkazo account email.
  • The affected connector and project or job name.
  • The approximate date, time, and time zone of the issue.
  • The exact customer-visible error message.
  • A screenshot with customer data, credentials, tokens, and browser URLs removed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which platforms does Synkazo support?

Synkazo connects HubSpot with ServiceTitan, Dataforma, or Texada. Available objects and sync directions depend on the connector, your account access, and your Synkazo plan. View connector guides

Do I need to write any code to set up a sync?

No. You connect your accounts, choose the objects to sync, and review field mappings in the Synkazo interface.

What happens if a sync fails?

Open the job Overview and Run History to review the latest run, including created, updated, skipped, and failed record counts. Use the run details to identify a configuration or record issue before running the job again.

Is my data secure?

Synkazo encrypts stored connection credentials and uses HTTPS/TLS for external API communication. You can disconnect a platform or uninstall the HubSpot app when you no longer want Synkazo connected. Read our Privacy Policy

Can I try Synkazo before paying?

There's currently no free trial — every plan is a paid subscription from day one. You can cancel any time, and upgrades/downgrades are always available if your needs change.

How do I pick the right plan?

Every plan lists exactly what it includes — record volume, sync frequency, projects and jobs, and which capabilities are enabled. Compare them side by side on the pricing page and upgrade later if your needs grow. Compare plans

How do I reconnect HubSpot after a token error?

Open the project Connections page. Disconnect the affected HubSpot connection, confirm the impact shown by Synkazo, then select Login with HubSpot and complete authorization again. Retest the connection before restarting a job.

Does Synkazo support custom HubSpot objects?

Synkazo can load custom objects and properties made available by the connected HubSpot account. Availability depends on your HubSpot subscription, granted permissions, and Synkazo plan; the object selector in your project shows what is available.

What happens if a sync fails mid-run?

Open Run History and select the affected run to review its status and record counts. Correct any connection, mapping, permission, or source-data issue shown there, then start the job again. Contact support if the cause is unclear.

How do I uninstall Synkazo?

In HubSpot, open Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps, choose Synkazo, and uninstall it. Synkazo removes the HubSpot connection and pauses affected sync jobs. Records already synchronized to HubSpot are not deleted automatically.
