Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of SyncBridge, a product of Techmarcos. By creating an account or installing SyncBridge from the HubSpot Marketplace, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

SyncBridge is a cloud platform that syncs data from field-service platforms (ServiceTitan, Dataforma, Texada) to HubSpot CRM. It includes configurable field mappings, scheduled sync jobs, deduplication, association rules, and real-time monitoring.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Marketplace installs automatically create an account; you will receive a set-password email to complete registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use SyncBridge only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Sync data you do not have the legal right to transfer.
  • Circumvent platform rate limits or API terms.
  • Violate applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the platform.
  • Share credentials or allow unauthorised access.
  • Take actions that impair or disrupt the service.

5. Your Data

You own all data synced through SyncBridge. We process it solely to provide the service as configured by you, and do not claim any rights over it.

6. Platform Connections

You are responsible for having the legal right to connect accounts and transfer data between them. SyncBridge acts as a conduit at your direction.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms (HubSpot, ServiceTitan, etc.) or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Pricing and Payment

Pricing details are available at /pricing. We will provide 30 days notice before any price changes take effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Techmarcos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SyncBridge. Our total liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or $100.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable prior notice where possible. On termination, credentials are deleted and anonymised logs may be retained per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
