Connect Dataforma to HubSpot
Set up the Dataforma source connection, verify it, and configure your first Synkazo sync job.
Before you start
Install Synkazo for HubSpot first, then choose Dataforma as the source platform for your project. The source platform and project sync mode are permanent choices for that project.
Credentials required
- API Key
- Service Code
Find them in: Dataforma account → API settings.
Connect Dataforma
- 1Open the project Connections tab.
- 2Choose Dataforma as the source if the project still asks you to choose a source platform.
- 3Select Connect on the Dataforma card, then choose Manual Setup.
- 4Enter the API Key, Service Code.
- 5Select Verify Credentials. Continue only after Synkazo reports that the connection was verified.
Choose what to sync
When you create a job, Synkazo loads the objects and fields available to the connected account. Current connector coverage includes:
- Customers, contacts, and companies
- Projects, project jobs, and work orders
- AR invoices, sales opportunities, and leads
- Documents, warranties, vendors, products, and organization records
The object selector in Synkazo is authoritative for your account; availability can depend on connector access and your Synkazo plan.
Configure the first sync
Dataforma projects can be configured for One Way or Two Way sync when the selected plan supports that mode.
Available objects and fields depend on the access granted to the Dataforma credentials used for the connection.
- 1From the Connections tab, select Next step: Create Sync Job.
- 2Choose a Dataforma source object and the HubSpot destination object.
- 3Confirm the job behavior, review the proposed field mappings, and choose one mapping as the match field.
- 4For a One Way job, choose the available schedule. Two Way jobs are kept synchronized automatically and do not show the same schedule controls.
- 5Create the job, set it to Active, select Start Sync, and use Sync All to establish the first complete baseline.
- 6Open Overview and Run History to confirm the run completed and review created, updated, skipped, or failed records.
